The service
MissQuill is a personal writing-project and session tracker with goals, a calendar, charts and a timer. Basic includes two retained projects in total, including archives. Writer+ offers unlimited projects and chapter management for €4 per month or €40 per year, with payment and subscription management through Stripe. End-of-period cancellation retains paid access. Pre-contractual information and sales terms must be finalised before opening actual sales.
Age and account
The service is offered from age 15. Minors must have any authorisation from their legal representative required by applicable law. This threshold is a service access rule, not a universal legal minimum across Europe.
You are responsible for accurate account information and keeping sign-in credentials confidential. Notify the publisher if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your content and use
You retain rights in content you add and grant only the technical permissions needed to store and process it to provide MissQuill. You must have the necessary rights to covers and other uploaded material.
Use must comply with law and third-party rights. Attempts to access other users’ data, technical abuse and unlawful content are prohibited.
Availability and estimates
The publisher works to maintain the service and may intervene for maintenance or security. Daily goals, forecasts and estimates are calculated from your entries and do not guarantee a writing outcome. Keep manuscripts in an appropriate place.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights.
Archiving and closure
Archiving makes a project read-only and allows restoration without deleting its history. Project deletion is separate and removes its sessions; account closure is available in account settings or by contacting the publisher. Retention rules are set out in the privacy notice.
Applicable law and complaints
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the user’s country of residence. No exclusive French court jurisdiction is imposed on consumers.
First send complaints to the publisher. Where consumer mediation applies, details of the mediator actually appointed must be provided; no unappointed mediator is presented here.
Mediator details: to be finalised before publication where applicable to the activity.
Changes to these terms
The update date appears at the top of this page. Material changes affecting the service or your rights must be brought to your attention before taking effect where required by law.
